"Camping Rovies" welcomes you to the beautiful village of Rovies in North Evia. The campsite has been operating for 18 years now, offering great hospitality at its facilities, to thousands of campers from all over the world. The site is in full operation and ready to welcome you, from April to October. Because the North Evian Gulf is a “closed” sea the weather is wonderful even until October. This is the opposite of other beaches in the Aegean sea which are not often as calm and peaceful as the sea here is..
The "Camping Rovies" is situated at the foothill of Mount Telethrion where the great olive grove ends, in a beautiful area with peace and tranquility. It is surrounded by pine, plain and olive trees, and rich fauna that creates a tranquil environment, ideal for relaxing, away the stress and noise of the city. The camping is designed in a rectangular shape, and is situated parallel to the beach, which is an extra advantage,as most of the other campsites are situated 3 - 15 meters. from the sea. We offer spacious and independent plots for tents and caravans, so that each camper will have his own space. The plots are covered with rich fauna, creating great natural shade, such as plain, pine, olive and mulberry trees, This creates wonderful shady areas, which even at the hottest days of August, offer protection from the heat and the sun. The visitors of "Camping Rovies", have the chance to enjoy many services and facilities, that make their holidays here comfortable, enjoyable and stressfree.
We operate a restaurant – cafe, offering a great variety of tasty home cooked meals, refreshments, coffees, sweets and drinks. Our campsite also operates a mini market, where you can find a selection of everyday items, such as foodstuff, personal hygiene products, cleaning stuff, and other essential items. For summetime moments near the sea, the Camping’s magnificent beach, attracts visitors where they can enjoy the sun, the crystal clear water and the magnificent scenery. At a close distance from the campsite are many beautiful beaches, tranquil and isolated, offering you the chance to explore and get to know the area better.

The campsite's facilities include a playground and basket ball area for the enjoyment of our little friends as well as adults. There are installments for electric power and water supply, for those who are travelling with a caravan and require the ability to connect. A medical center also operates on our grounds, ready to deal with any accidents that may need medical attention.

At "Camping Rovies" various tournaments such as chess, backgammon, biriba, and many vatrious games take place. We also cooperate with other tourist establishments in the area, so any of our campers who may be interested in scuba diving, horse riding and excursions will find they are able to enjoy such activities. At the reception area of "Camping Rovies", you will find a selection of informative brochures, for the various areas and events that take place in North Evia.

A very important characteristic of "Camping Rovies" is the "quiet hours" which is why the camping’s entrance shuts at 12.00 midnight for all the cars. The campers who will return after these hours will have to park their cars at the designated and protected area.
